Each year Sports Express runs a few one-day clinics that last about 4 hours.  This year we decided to make the early summer version a sand clinic.  We'll be touching on 3 or 4 skills specifically and incorporate some scrimmaging toward the end.  In between there will be a bunch of red faces and sweating players who will find out what a challenge the sand is for any athlete.  Players do not need kneepads or volleyball shoes for this clinic unless we get rain at which time we will move indoor for the day.  Please bring a towel, sunscreen, water bottle, and good weather with you.  Either way we will work to get better for 4 hours.  This clinic will close at 32 participants with 5 instructors.
