Express Training
Competitive volleyball team practices held twice a week with no travel.  The winter session runs from Nov 12 - Dec 19. (11 total 2 hour practices plus the 2 hour tryout on November 12th).  Teams are being offered as an alternative to playing JO volleyball.  Please do not register if you are looking for recreational play.  Express Training is for players who want to eventually play in high school.  Practices will be run 4:30-6:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Cost: $135 (includes 24 hours of court time and 2 shirts)
1 Team each in the U13 and U14 age divisions will be formed

This offering is an effort to give all players a chance to play a spring season.  While we won't be traveling to tournaments, we have found that many parents are looking for good training without the travel requirement.  This also cuts the cost dramatically while allowing us to put our best instructors on the floor with your kids.  Many great instructors are unable to coach JO's due to the travel requirements as well and Express Training for them also.  Your daughter WILL learn offensive and defensive principles and WILL improve her skills.  We are continually updating this offering to maximize it's effect on the teams and have added conditioning as a small component of the program.
