Fall Session 2009 Registration

Please fill out the fields below and submit your form.  You will receive a confirmation email.  No deposit is required to hold your spot at this time.  If you need to withdraw from this session please do so as soon as you know.  We are only taking enough players to fill the teams offered.  All others will be added to a waiting list if needed.  Team fees are due at your 1st practice which is listed on the previous page.

5th grade is now filled.  If you'd like to be put on the waiting list or be considered for another day session, please email us with your contact info.
