Speed and Explosiveness Workouts
Held on our sand volleyball courts

Incoming 9th - 12th grade girls
Mondays and Thursdays beginning June 11th through July 23rd.
9:30 - 10:30am

Training has been cancelled for July 23rd due to poor weather.  We are now done for the season!

 Cost is $10 per session and you will pay each time you attend. 
This activity is FREE for Sports Express JO team members in the U14 - U17 age groups.


Join us from June 11th - July 20th for a kick in the rear by our speed and agility trainers.  These workouts will be led by Gene Toms (Adrenaline Sports and Fitness) and Mark Messer (Bodies by Messer) and will approximately 45 minutes to an hour 2 days a week.  These workouts will be run on our sand volleyball courts except in cases of rain in which case we will train indoor or have to cancel (we will update our outgoing voicemail with this information).  Expect to improve your conditioning and become stronger and more explosive as you are drilled in the sand.  Top pro athletes know the value of cross training and specifically the use of beach workouts to increase strength, speed, and agility.  You will work muscles that you never knew you had and you will be sore as a result.  We will incorporate fun challenges and sand volleyball oriented drills to keep the mood light but our goal is to challenge your body to take that next step.  You're going to want to wear beach clothes, sunscreen, and bring a towel and water jug.  Our outdoor shower will be available after the workouts for cool down.  Immediately following each workout we will have
Open Play volleyball for HS ages from 10:30 - 1:30.  Open play is free for those who attend the workout and $5 for those who just come later to play.
